Dakar is about to host the first Olympic event ever held on African soil. PAUMAG is building something around that moment — not a viewing trip, not a brand activation in the traditional sense. A hosted retreat for 12 guests, designed to produce real stories and real content, rooted in the communities that make Dakar what it is.
We're calling it the Olympic Retreat.
What it is
A curated, small-group camp built around three pillars:
- Daily interactive sports and wellness sessions — track work, beach movement, recovery
- Curated Youth Olympic Games attendance — a handpicked schedule of events designed by PAUMAG
- Community moments — real touchpoints with Dakar's sports and cultural scenes: surf clubs, skate crews, athletics communities, youth initiatives, creative collectives
PAUMAG acts as the host and editorial platform — capturing stories and producing content throughout.

Who it's for
Sportswear, performance, wellness, beverage, tech, and lifestyle brands looking for a turnkey Dakar 2026 activation:
- Host your talent on the ground during a once-in-a-generation moment
- Generate authentic content with a strong narrative backdrop
- Connect with local communities in a respectful, intentional way
Program rhythm
Morning — Interactive sports program: training, movement, recovery, team sessions
Afternoon — Youth Olympic Games attendance based on a curated schedule (finalized once the official JOJ competition calendar is published)
Evening — Community experiences, dinners, and curated cultural moments

The community angle
Key differentiator
This is not about using Dakar as a backdrop.
We design events and touchpoints with local communities during the Games — surf and skate clubs, athletics groups, youth initiatives, creative scenes. The goal: natural, respectful collaboration moments that give guests a real connection to the city and put local communities in the spotlight.
Content & media
The retreat is built as a content engine.
- PAUMAG creates editorial and social content with guests and local communities — stories, interviews, photo, video
- Creators are supported to produce as much content as possible for themselves and for the brand — with intentional moments designed for filming without feeling staged

Two ways to participate
Model A — Brand brings talent
Your brand selects and sends its own group (ambassadors, athletes, creators + optional marketing team). PAUMAG hosts and designs the full program, community moments, and content environment.
Model B — Brand sponsors, PAUMAG curates talent
Your brand finances the retreat. PAUMAG curates the creator lineup (with brand approval) to maximize storytelling, reach, and cultural fit — while still meeting your brand objectives.
